Santiago joined ACRE Investment Company in 2025 as an Analyst, where he contributes to multiple facets of the firm's operations with a focus on acquisitions, underwriting, and asset management. His analytical approach and technical expertise bring a valuable perspective to evaluating investment opportunities and optimizing portfolio performance.

He graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz, earning his B.S. in Computer Science. His strong foundation in data analysis, systems thinking, and problem-solving enables him to approach real estate transactions with rigor and creativity, supporting ACRE's commitment to identifying and maximizing value across its investments. 

Santiago is fluent in English and Spanish and is a resident of the San Francisco East Bay Area. An accomplished guitarist, he studied classical guitar and performed with the Celtic Ensemble during his time at UC Santa Cruz, and further honed his craft by studying flamenco guitar in Spain.
