ACRE is bringing in Vasa Fitness as an anchor tenant to fill in a large portion of the vacancy. Vasa provides quality fitness services at a variety of affordable membership rates that include premium amenities such as basketball, spa, pool, functional fitness, and group fitness classes. Vasa is expected to open early 2027 and bring a large increase in foot traffic that will revitalize the entire center.
