Luc Bequette joined ACRE Investment Company in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Acquisitions Associate. He plays a critical role in sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring real estate assets that align with tenant-specific strategies and financial objectives. Luc brings sharp analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and a command of real estate-focused legal documentation, including leases, CC&Rs, and zoning regulations.

Luc’s tenure at ACRE has been defined by his ability to navigate complex acquisition processes while maintaining clear and effective communication with municipalities and stakeholders.

Prior to joining ACRE, Luc graduated from The University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. While attending Cal, Luc was a member of the football team where he was a highly experienced veteran showing his reliability and excellence on the field starting 60 games throughout his career.
