Johnny joined ACRE in 2025 as an associate focusing on asset management and property acquisitions.  His asset management responsibilities include assisting in the structuring of lease renewals and expansions for existing portfolio Tenants as well as supporting new leasing for the brokerage teams.  His role in acquisitions focuses on entitlement and physical property due diligence including the coordination of civil, financial and environmental investigations. 

Johnny is a graduate Miami University in Oxford Ohio with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Statistics.  He lives in the East Bay of San Francisco Bay Area.  Johnny is an assistant coach of the Men’s Volleyball Team at his alma mater, Monte Vista High School where he also competed as a student athlete.
