As the founding partner of ACRE Gabe contributes to all aspects of our business with a particular focus on acquisitions as well as defining market conditions and opportunities in the retail and office markets.  He actively participates in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing decisions both at the property and portfolio level.  His ability to identify market movements and pivot quickly to produce pragmatic, common sense solutions have been integral to maximize investment returns.

Prior to founding ACRE Gabe worked at Colliers International for 18 years working his way up from general leasing and sales, institutional investment sales, and equity and debt markets. He assembled a group of UHNI and family office and handled in excess of $3.2 billion of acquisitions and over 2.8 million square feet of completed transactions.

Prior to Colliers, Gabe attended Loyola High School of Los Angeles and then the University of California at Berkeley
