During his 15-year tenure at Mid-America Asset Management, eight of which he served as Principal, Dan oversaw 25 million square feet of retail real estate across Chicago and the broader Midwest, a portfolio valued at approximately $3 billion. His work encompassed the full asset management scope, including property operations, financial accounting, and value-creation initiatives across a diverse range of assets.

Dan's experience in capital improvements and construction is equally extensive, spanning routine upgrades to ground-up pad site developments. His direct involvement in every phase of these projects, from planning through completion, includes hands-on navigation of the entitlement process across acquisition, hold, and disposition scenarios, giving him a well-rounded command of how construction and regulatory complexity intersect with investment strategy.
